these are not preperfed, they just have the holes and the slits done, you still need a cutter,  The warning they give  with one with existing holes is that these don&#039;t work well with ink jet printers, because the moving head can be caught on the holes.  I finally found some perfed ones here: http://www.thepapermillstore.com/product.php?productid=32865   I haven&#039;t used the perfed ones , but locally, they&#039;re 3 times as expensive.</description>
